Celebrating its 20^th year in 2023, Kai Lani residents have been part of Ko Olina’s history.  We have been part of Ko Olina’s growth from a Marriott Hotel, a golf course and one condominium community to:  six condominium communities, three world-class hotels, the Country Market by ABC Stores, and several unique shops and restaurants.  Our immediate neighbor, Paradise Cove has a gorgeous beach, and many of our community enjoy hearing the music from Paradise Cove Luau every night.  Boaters love the close proximity of Ko Olina Marina.   Oahu’s “Second City”, Kapolei just 3 miles east of Ko Olina has grown and expanded to have Costco and other shopping, dining, health & dental care, movie theaters, gas stations, and a vast array of services to meet daily needs.
